1. Plans and displayed prices
Current prices, features, billing intervals, and eligibility appear on the Pricing page and at checkout. If website text conflicts with the final checkout summary, the checkout summary accepted at purchase controls for that order, subject to applicable law.
2. Free, Gold, and Platinum
Free Listings receive only the features stated for the Free plan. Gold and Platinum features remain active while the applicable subscription is paid and compliant. Any complimentary featured period included with Platinum is subject to approval, scheduling, inventory, and the stated offer terms and has no cash value.
3. Automatic and manual renewal
When automatic renewal is selected, the plan renews for the chosen monthly or annual term until canceled. When manual renewal is selected, paid benefits end at expiration unless renewed. Account deletion, abandonment, or Listing removal does not by itself cancel an active subscription.
4. Authorization and failed payments
Subscribers authorize recurring plan charges, taxes, and selected add-ons. Billing information must remain current. Failed or reversed payments may cause retries, suspension, removal of paid benefits, or conversion to a Free Listing.
5. Fourteen-day cancellation period
If the applicable offer provides a 14-day cancellation or refund period, a qualifying first-time plan purchase may be canceled within 14 calendar days of the original purchase, subject to the checkout terms and deductions allowed for services already delivered, featured placement used, custom work begun, or nonrefundable charges. Renewals, advertising orders, and repeat purchases are included only when expressly stated.
6. Cancellation after 14 days
After an applicable 14-day period, cancellation prevents the next renewal. Monthly-plan refunds or prorated amounts are available only if expressly stated at checkout or required by law. Annual plans are not automatically entitled to prorated refunds unless the accepted offer says so.
7. Upgrades and downgrades
Upgrade charges and credits are calculated as shown at checkout. Downgrades normally take effect at the next renewal unless stated otherwise. Features exceeding the new plan limits may be hidden or removed when a downgrade takes effect.
8. Advertising and custom work
Published advertising, delivered featured placement, completed service periods, setup, design, verification, and custom work are nonrefundable once performed except where required by law or the order states otherwise.
9. Policy violations and chargebacks
Removal for a material policy or legal violation does not create a refund right, and unused benefits may be forfeited where lawful. Chargebacks do not cancel valid obligations and may cause account restriction during review.
10. How to cancel
Use the account cancellation control when available or email support@firearmsdirectory.com from the account email. Include the business name and Listing URL. Keep the confirmation for your records.
