Provider Listing Guidelines

1. Eligibility Criteria

To maintain a reputable platform for students and gun owners nationwide, all listed instructors and businesses must satisfy at least one of the following qualifications:

• Active certification from a recognized national body (e.g., NRA Certified Instructor, USCCA Certified Instructor).
• State Department of Public Safety or Law Enforcement Training Commission accreditation.
• Hold a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) if operating a commercial gunsmith or retail range.
• Commercial general liability firearm instructor insurance policy.

2. Accurate Representation

All listing details must accurately reflect your actual training offerings, range physical address, and pricing. Keyword stuffing, false claims of official police affiliation, or deceptive business names are grounds for immediate suspension.

3. Prohibited Content

The following activities and listings will be removed immediately:

• Unregulated private sales of firearms circumventing state and federal background check requirements.
• NFA conversion instructions or illegal modifications (e.g., auto sears, illegal suppressors).
• Hate speech, violent extremism, or threats directed at any community or individual.
• Spam, duplicate listings for the same business, or deceptive review manipulation.

4. Verified Badge Maintenance

Instructors with the "License Verified" badge must submit updated documentation annually. If a credential lapses or is revoked by the issuing agency, the provider is obligated to inform the directory immediately.
